Lift of the Day:
Shoulder Press (6 sets of 2 reps)
Rest about 2-3 minutes between each set. Make this heavy.
Workout Of the Day:
Power Clean (10RM)
20 minutes to establish a 10RM in the power clean. These must be touch n go. No resetting on the floor.
