420 split (4 Rounds for time)

Rounds 1 and 3:

15 dumbbell bench presses, 50/35lbs
25 ghd sit ups or toes to bar
3 minute rest

Rounds 2 and 4:

15 dumbbell bench presses, 50/35lbs
25 pull-ups or chin-ups
3 minute rest

Record each round for time.
Training time per round: 2-3 minutes, 3:30 cap
