100m - 1 arm farmer's carry, each side
10 - 1 arm shoulder press, each side
10 - 1 arm high pull, each side
100m row, legs only
100m row, hips only
200m row, damper at 3 or below
1 minute wall stretch, each side
1 minute squat hold (active)
20 Cossack squats (weighted)
