Workout Of the Day:

Napalm Jr.

10 chest to bar pull-ups (Rx+ BMU)
15 bar facing burpees (Rx+ 20 reps)
20 deadlifts (Rx+30 reps)
25 wall ball shots (Rx+ 40)

Training time: 16 - 20 minutes, 20 minute cap

Men use: 155lbs, 20lb ball, 10ft target (Rx+ 225lbs)
Women use: 105lbs, 14lb ball, 9ft target (Rx+ 155lbs)
