15 bar facing burpees
21 toes to bar

then together:

30 - 20 - 10 reps of:

Deadlifts
Syncro bar facing burpees ( 21-15-9)
Toes to bar

For time.
Training Time: 14 - 16 minutes, 16 minute cap
