I am not an elite athlete, and it's unlikely that I will ever be one. However, I'm a better athlete than I was 6 months ago when I started at CFTally, and I plan to be a better athlete 6 months from now.....and thereafter. So why does a person with seemingly modest fitness aspirations join CFTally?  The answer is because I want to manage aging as proactively as possible, and at 52, I only need to prove it to myself that I can.  And if I can do it, lots of other people can too.

“If you are hesitant because of your fitness level, look at me!  I didn’t work out a day in my life and now I cannot stop!  If you are hesitant because of your budget, as a student, I understand the struggle.  I can’t speak for other boxes, but CFTally has great student rates, discounts, and multiple other options that will work for you.  Lastly, if you are hesitant because you don’t think you can, the word “can’t” is not allowed in CFTally (literally, you will get a burpee penalty), so you’ll quickly learn that you can do anything you set your mind to, just like I did.”

Easily the best gym/box I’ve ever been to. From the moment I had my taster session I felt welcome and at home. All the coaches are so motivating and you feel part of a family regardless of where you’re starting your fitness journey at. I never knew a gym could be such a friendly place. Being new to Tallahassee myself, I’ve made so many friends here at this gym which makes me feel comfortable. The coaches love to see everyone succeed and when you do they really do notice. The amenities this place comes with is what some gyms charge an extra 50-75 dollars for, such as an athletes refrigerator, electric notepads to keep count, phone chargers, touch less sign-in, and the best is a genuine welcoming smile whenever you arrive haha. I would recommend this place to everyone I come across. Also... they’re dog friendly 😍

What an amazing place to workout. CF Tally is more than a gym it’s a family where everyone encourages each other to be the best that they can be. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and ensure that you are doing the movements properly. The facility is top notch with restrooms and shower. CFTally is the first CrossFit gym I have ever tried, and it is my first time doing CrossFit. Overall, I have I positive outlook on the gym and the staff that work here. The staff is motivational the music that they play gets me revved up and the group of people that you work out with kept me going as well. There are many levels of cross fitters, so I never felt out of place some were just beginning as I were and some have done it for some time, but they never make you feel less than. The members are just as helpful as the coaches are. The workouts are challenging and gets your blood pumping fast, so it was just what I was looking for I. They make it easy (but not too easy) to want to come back and work hard not only for yourself but others around you because they cheer you on and help want to push you further. I would recommend CFTally to anyone who is interested in CrossFit or just looking for a great place to get in shape while listening to great music. I've been going to CFTally consistently (4, usually 5) times a week for 5 1/2 months and I've lost by gut and had to purchase new, slimmer clothes because I'm approaching my pre-marriage/kids weight. You can bring your dog and there's also a children's play area, and climbing ropes my kids can swing on.

As someone who was sceptic of CrossFit, I can now say that CF tally has turned me into a CrossFit believer. My only regret is that I did not start sooner!
